  • Mix together and put onto wax paper in a container, in "gobs" and freeze!
  • Enjoy when you need a bit more B12/energy ;-)

    ^_^ Thanks! I just looked them up cuz I thought it was funny there's no spirulina stuff on this site, and I happen to despise that nutritional yeast in allll forms...it just tastes like msg powder to me!..lol
