Ingredients

This isn't a recipe per se, it's a variation I use to a standard home-made graham cracker crust.

Take your favorite graham cracker crust recipe and for half the crushed graham cracker used substitute crushed gingersnaps.

Suit your own taste on the amount of crushed gingersnaps you want to use. Then proceed with making the rest of your recipe.

I use this variation sometimes for any Lemon Icebox dessert, peaches, apricots and apples.
