Cornmeal Rosemary Cookies

- 1 3/4 cups flour shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 cup fine yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 2 sticks butter, softened shopping list
- 1 1/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 heaping Tbs. minced rosemary shopping list
- 3/4 cup craisins (optional-I leave them out) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, cornmeal and salt together in a medium bowl. Mix butter and sugar together with electric mixer until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Mix in eggs one at a time. Add flour mixture and stir until just combined. Stir in rosemary and craisins.
- Using a tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough on lined sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake until pale golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer to wire rack and let cool completely.
