A Cajun seasoning salt for use in preparing Cajun dishes. A little bit of Louisiana in a jar!

Ingredients
  • 3 parts salt
  • 3 parts fine ground paprika
  • 1 part fine ground black pepper
  • 1 part fine ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 part fine ground white pepper
  • 1 part fine ground ginger
  • 1 part onion powder
  • 1 part garlic powder
  • 1/2 part fine ground thyme
  • 1/2 part fine ground Greek oregano

Directions
  1. Mix ingredients together in a sealed jar. Use on meats, poultry and seafood.
