Baked Shrimp Roll -ups

- 24 Large frozen shrimp thawed - no shells on - tails removed shopping list
- 1-8oz. can refrigerated cressent rolls shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp dried dill weed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- cocktail sauce or chili sauce for dipping shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven according to cressent roll directions
- Seperate cressent roll triangles and cut each triangle to make 3 smaller triangles
- Mix all ingredients EXCEPT dipping sauce together
- Dip shrimp in butter mixture and place on shortest side of triangle
- Roll up shrimp starting at the short side and roll to opposite side
- Place point side down on ungreased baking sheet
- Brush cressent rolls with rest of butter mixture
- Bake for 10 min or until golden brown
- Serve with sauce on the side and let your guests dip away!
