How to make it

  • Thinly slice tops of cherry tomatoes then remove pulp and drain shells upside down on paper towels.
  • In a small bowl combine ham, sour cream and horseradish.
  • Stuff tomatoes and refrigerate.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

    Now this takes some time, I'm sure. They sound good so I'm saving the recipe in case I want to try them. I can see putting on a movie and stuffing those little buggers one at a time! LOL
