Pumpkin Bread

Spicey pumpkin bread that's good with breakfast, brunch, snacks, pot-lucks or any time. Pop a slice in the micro-wave for 20 seconds to enjoy it warm.
Ingredients
- Cream: shopping list
- 3 c sugar shopping list
- 1 c oil shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- Add and mix well: shopping list
- 1 large can pumpkin or 2 regular size shopping list
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add alternately with water: shopping list
- 2/3 c water shopping list
- 3 ½ c plain flour shopping list
- 2 t baking soda shopping list
- 2 t salt (can leave out) shopping list
- 1 t baking powder shopping list
- 1 t nutmeg, allspice, ginger shopping list
- 2 t cinnamon shopping list
- ½ t cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
- Bake 1/1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
- Test for doneness.
