Tex Mex Skillet Supper

- 1/2 pound lean ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped white onion shopping list
- 15 ounce can black beans drained shopping list
- 14-1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1 cup frozen corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup uncooked regular rice shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomato catsup shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese shopping list
- tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- In large nonstick skillet cook beef and onion until beef is browned then drain well.
- Add remaining ingredient except cheese and tortilla chips then mix well.
- Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
- Remove skillet from heat then sprinkle beef mixture with beef.
- Cover and let stand until cheese is melted.
- Serve with chips.
