Perfect Peach Sauce For Beef Recipe
This is a favorite when you want to add a little zing to that standard Roast Beef! It is a wonderful treat for the taste buds! :)

Ingredients
  • 1 (10 oz) jar red current jelly
  • · 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • · 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • · 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • · 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • · 1 1/2 cups fresh sliced peaches
  • · **1 cooked beef roast**

Directions
  1. Combine jelly, ginger, mustard, orange rind and vinegar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until jelly is melted.
  2. Add fresh peaches.
  3. Heat thoroughly.
  4. Serve over roast.
  5. Makes 2 Cups.
