Perfect Peach Sauce for Beef

- 1 (10 oz) jar red current jelly shopping list
- · 1 tsp. ground ginger shopping list
- · 1 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- · 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind shopping list
- · 1/4 cup wine vinegar shopping list
- · 1 1/2 cups fresh sliced peaches shopping list
- · **1 cooked beef roast** shopping list
How to make it
- Combine jelly, ginger, mustard, orange rind and vinegar in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until jelly is melted.
- Add fresh peaches.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Serve over roast.
- Makes 2 Cups.
