How to make it

  • Depending on the size of your beef brisket you may need to adjust the amount of BBQ sauce you use -- trim off any excess fat on the brisket then place the brisket in a cooking bag w/the BBQ sauce--pour the sauce over the top of the brisket--make sure brisket is well coated. Put two slits in top of bag and bake in oven at ~325 for 2 1/2 hours.

    I've never tried the baking bags - I will have to try your method...I have often heard what moist, tender meat it produces.
