How to make it

  • In a bowl mix together all the ingredients for the coffee rub.
  • Rub into your steaks and allow to stand for 10 minutes.
  • Then simply, grill the steaks to your liking and serve.

    The best steak I ever made! Seriously. I also cooked it slow on my smoker. The way I know that it turned out good is because my kids ate all their steak. The only down side is that they didn't go to sleep till 11!

    If you want for a larger cut of beef...you can add a little oil and make it into a Marinade. :)
