Monster Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream peanut butter, margarine and sugars until fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs 2 at a time.
  • Mix in vanilla and syrup
  • Mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Drop onto greased sheet by teaspoons.
  • Bake 7-8 minutes.
  • DO NOT OVER BAKE as they will be hard.

    My recipe for monster cookies is similar, mine are dropped onto a cookie sheet using an Ice Cream scoop (think that's where they got there name from, being large) When you make them this way they make the "best" ice cream sandwiches :)
