How to make it

  • Combine chili powder, garlic, flour, cavenders and salt in a plastic bag. Add tilapia and toss to coat. Heat oil over medium high-heat and cook fish until lightly browned on both sides and transfer to plate. Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet and saute until onions are transparent. Stir in tomatoes, cx stock and worchestershire sauce. Simmer and reduce liquid to about 3/4. Add hot sauce, return fish and simmer about 5 minutes until fish is done. Sprinkle with parsley

    aww man this looks good since i am a Mushroom freak!!! i gotta try this!! i even love fish!!! Tilapia is my most favorite fish!
