Tilapia with Mushrooms

- 1 tsp cavenders shopping list
- 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- 2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbs all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 lb tilapia filets1/2'd at centre crease shopping list
- 1 1/2 tbs olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 c onion, chopped shopping list
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 3 oz cn fire roasted green chilis pealed & diced shopping list
- 1 cup cx stock or white wine shopping list
- 12 1/4 oz cn petite diced tomatoes shopping list
- worchestershire sauce to taste (2 tbs) shopping list
- crystle hot sauce to taste shopping list
- chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chili powder, garlic, flour, cavenders and salt in a plastic bag. Add tilapia and toss to coat. Heat oil over medium high-heat and cook fish until lightly browned on both sides and transfer to plate. Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet and saute until onions are transparent. Stir in tomatoes, cx stock and worchestershire sauce. Simmer and reduce liquid to about 3/4. Add hot sauce, return fish and simmer about 5 minutes until fish is done. Sprinkle with parsley
