Tilapia With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp cavenders

1 tsp chili powder

2 tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tbs all purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 lb tilapia filets1/2'd at centre crease

1 1/2 tbs olive oil

1/2 c onion, chopped

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

3 oz cn fire roasted green chilis pealed & diced

1 cup cx stock or white wine

12 1/4 oz cn petite diced tomatoes

worchestershire sauce to taste (2 tbs)

crystle hot sauce to taste

chopped parsley

Directions

Combine chili powder, garlic, flour, cavenders and salt in a plastic bag. Add tilapia and toss to coat. Heat oil over medium high-heat and cook fish until lightly browned on both sides and transfer to plate. Add the onions and mushrooms to the skillet and saute until onions are transparent. Stir in tomatoes, cx stock and worchestershire sauce. Simmer and reduce liquid to about 3/4. Add hot sauce, return fish and simmer about 5 minutes until fish is done. Sprinkle with parsley
