Easy and positively wonderful dip. Use with bread, vegetables or chips. This was a huge hit at a football party I was at :)

Ingredients
  • 1-6 ounce can corned beef
  • 1-6 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 ounces hot horseradish cream
  • 1 ounce butter, softened
  • 2 cups Gouda cheese, cubed
  • 1 red onion, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste, about 1 teaspoon each
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. Transfer to serving dish.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Serve with bread, potato chips, crackers or vegetables.
