Ingredients
  • 4 cups brown rice flour
  • 1 ½ cups Sweet Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca Starch Flour
  • 1 cup Rice Polish
  • 1 tablespoon Guar Gum

Directions
  1. Mix well and store tightly covered in a cool place. Makes a good roux or gravy thickener.

Again... thank you for this recipe! I have some Filipino friends who use a lot of rice flour in their baking and it's great!


What is "rice polish"?


If you can't find rice polish, rice bran will apparently do the trick.
BTW, is this the blend used for your gf saltine crackers?
