    Great recipe! I made some slight modifications; used fresh squeezed lime juice instead of lemon, used fresh tomatoes instead of the canned, left out the seeds and inner veins from the jalapeno (I guess you could say I’m wimp but I did give it an extra hot of shot sauce)) and I cut the recipe in half. This one is a keeper, thank you for it.
