White Clam Pizza Recipe

How to make it

  • Brush pizza shell with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Combine cream cheese, ricotta, minced garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes.
  • Spread over crust.
  • Sprinkle with clams and Mozzarella.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.

    This clam pizza went over well! My husband and I had this Friday night and a friend had stopped in and tried it. They all thought it was really good! Then my son was here and he thought it was great. Yesterday he was up again, with our 2 year old grandson and he ate it as if he'd not eaten in a week! I was so amazed! Great twist on pizza, indeed! Thanks!

    Oh, I love clam pizza! But I've never had it with a cheese base like this, just a white sauce. I'll have to try this, sounds yummy! :)
