Not your sterotypical meatloaf!

Ingredients
  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1lb ground pork
  • onion to taste (1/4 cup)
  • chopped/minced garlic to taste (1Tsp)
  • whorstershire sauce to taste (2 Tsp)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together very well. (I use my stand mixer and let it run about 5+ minutes to make sure everything mixes well)
  2. Bake 2 hours @ 350 degrees

I always use a loaf pan...it is pretty moist so I never have tried a cookie sheet!
