How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients together very well. (I use my stand mixer and let it run about 5+ minutes to make sure everything mixes well)
  • Bake 2 hours @ 350 degrees

    I always use a loaf pan...it is pretty moist so I never have tried a cookie sheet!
