How to make it

  • Saute vegetables in butter until tender crisp.
  • Add stock or water and bring to a boil.
  • In separate boil melt butter and flour mix to a paste.
  • Slowly add butter paste to boiling water to thicken.
  • Turn down heat and add milk and half & half.
  • Heat but DO NOT boil.
  • Serve.
