Cream Of Anything Soup Recipe
Turn your favorite vegetable into a creamy soup

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups of any vegetable (broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom)-chopped
  • 2 ribs of celery-chopped
  • 1 onion-chopped
  • 2 quarts of chicken stock or water w/bouillon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups half & half

Directions
  1. Saute vegetables in butter until tender crisp.
  2. Add stock or water and bring to a boil.
  3. In separate boil melt butter and flour mix to a paste.
  4. Slowly add butter paste to boiling water to thicken.
  5. Turn down heat and add milk and half & half.
  6. Heat but DO NOT boil.
  7. Serve.
