Cream of Anything Soup

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 2 cups of any vegetable (broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom)-chopped shopping list
- 2 ribs of celery-chopped shopping list
- 1 onion-chopped shopping list
- 2 quarts of chicken stock or water w/bouillon shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 2 cups half & half shopping list
How to make it
- Saute vegetables in butter until tender crisp.
- Add stock or water and bring to a boil.
- In separate boil melt butter and flour mix to a paste.
- Slowly add butter paste to boiling water to thicken.
- Turn down heat and add milk and half & half.
- Heat but DO NOT boil.
- Serve.
