Spiced Pork Tenderloin with Bourbon Reduction Sauce

- Sauce: shopping list
- 1/2 cup bourbon shopping list
- 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- pork: shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
- 1 pound pork tenderloin shopping list
How to make it
- To prepare sauce, combine the first sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until reduced to 1/2 cup (about 11 minutes), stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
- To prepare pork, combine all spices for pork and rub evenly over pork. Cut pork crosswise into 12 slices.
- Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork, cook 4 minutes on each side or until desire degree of doneness. Serve with sauce
