Spiced Pork Tenderloin With Bourbon Reduction Sauce Recipe

  • Sauce:
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • pork:
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin

Directions
  1. To prepare sauce, combine the first sauce ingredients in a medium saucepan, bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until reduced to 1/2 cup (about 11 minutes), stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  2. To prepare pork, combine all spices for pork and rub evenly over pork. Cut pork crosswise into 12 slices.
  3. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork, cook 4 minutes on each side or until desire degree of doneness. Serve with sauce

This dish was awesome! I have made it several times. Everyone loved it.


Mmmmm.. this looks interesting. I will try it soon. Most of my pork tenderloin recipes are for the grill. This one could do for that or indoors.
