- 1 head romaine, julienne strips shopping list
- 1½ pound lobster, cooked, diced shopping list
- 1½ pounds scallops, poached (court bouillon) shopping list
- To garnish mint sprigs shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 cups sour cream shopping list
- 1½ Tablespoons curry shopping list
- 2-3 Tablespoons chutney shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon horseradish shopping list
- ½ teaspoon fresh lemon or lime zest shopping list
How to make it
- Lay greens in champagne glass. Distribute seafood over greens. Sauce fish at service and garnish with mint sprigs.
