These rolls are out of this world yummy. I think of them as mini rolls...

Ingredients
- 24 slices white bread
- 1-8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 C. sugar/divided
- 1/2 C. butter/melted
- 1 t. cinnamon
Directions
- Trim crust from bread. Flatten bread w/rolling pin. Mix cream cheese, egg yolks and 1/2 C. sugar. Spread bread w/cream cheese mixture and roll each slice of bread up like a jellyroll. Dip in melted butter and roll in mixture of 1/2 C. sugar and cinnamon. Place on a cookie sheet and freeze. When frozen cut into thirds. Store in freezer- no need to thaw before baking. Bake at ~350 for 10 minutes. Yields: 72 mini blinies.
