There can never be toomuch cinnamon Banana Bread

- 1/2 cup butter shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 4 medium bananas, weeks overripe shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup chopped walnuts shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9" x 9" pan.
- Cream butter and sugar together and smoosh it all to one side of the bowl.
- Peel bananas and drop into the empty side of the bowl. Squash them well and mix into the sugar and butter. Smoosh it all to one side of the bowl again.
- Crack eggs and drop them into the empty side of the bowl. Beat them and then mix them into the sugar mixture.
- Sprinkle salt and baking soda over the mixture and stir well.
- Slowly add flour into the sugar mixture, stirring until combined.
- Add walnuts and stir just until mixed.
- Scrape batter into the greased pan and place into a 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes. Enjoy!
