How to make it

  • Slice 5 of the apples and puree in a food blender or food processor.
  • Chop the sixth apple finely.
  • Combine all and whisk together until sugar is dissolved.
  • Pour into a 1 quart electric ice cream maker.
  • Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
