Salmon and Cheese Casserole

- 1 C. milk-scalded shopping list
- 2 C. soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 lb. red salmon (2 cups) flaked plus salmon juice shopping list
- 2 eggs well beaten shopping list
- 3 T. butter shopping list
- 2-3 T. chopped onion shopping list
- 1 C. American or cheddar cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter in scaled milk, add to bread crumbs, let stand two or three minutes or longer, add cheese, salmon/flaked and juice, onion and eggs. Mix lightly until blended. Bake in a well greased 8" dish at ~350 for 45-55 minutes. Bake uncovered.
