Ingredients
  • 1 Ib lean ground beef
  • 3 cups rotini pasta (spiral pasta)
  • 1 14 oz diced can tomatoes
  • 1 small onion diced (optional)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Directions
  1. cook the ground beef ,drain replace back into pan and add the water onion , taco seasoning , can tomatoes and let simmer
  2. cook the rotini pasta 10 minutes in a separate pot then add to above
  3. I then add the cheese and mix it well
  4. let simmer another 10 minutes and remove from heat
