How to make it

  • Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
  • Drain the artichokes and reserve the juice from 1 jar of marinated artichokes.
  • Chop the artichokes finely.
  • Blend the artichokes, mayonnaise, cheese, and juice from the marinated artichokes together.
  • Spread in a 8x8 pan and place in a preheated oven until bubbly.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
