dairy-free brownies (well, sorta like cake, but we call 'em brownies). Dessert for those with many types of allergies.

Ingredients
- BOWL ONE
- 3/4 c flour
- 1 1/2 T cocoa
- 1/4 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- BOWL TWO
- 3/4 c cocoa
- 4 t corn oil
- 1/2 c lt. brown sugar (packed)
- 2 T corn syrup
- 3 T water
- 3-4 T rice milk
- 2T baking powder
Directions
- mix all ingredients in bowl one
- mix all ingredients in bowl two
- add dry mixture to wet.
- spread in 7x10" greased nonstick pan
- bake at 350 about 15 minutes

Sounds good - I'm going to give these a try! I haven't been able to make brownies using my regular recipes with allergy-free substitutes because they always come out greasy and weird, so this seems like a great option to have instead!
