Ingredients

4 eggs

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup butter

1 cup blackberry jam

2 tablespoons flour

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon lemon extract

1 pie shell unbaked

Directions

Mix all ingredients together until well combined.

Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Serve with Cool Whip.

I found this recipe expecting something like a blackberry pie, but I was pleasently surprised to find more of a blackberry-flavored sugar cream pie. My whole family like it, and I'll definitely make it again.
