Raspberry Pineapple Salad

- 16 ounce carton cottage cheese shopping list
- 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping thawed shopping list
- 3 ounce package raspberry gelatin shopping list
- 20 ounce can pineapple chunks drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut shopping list
- 1 cup chopped toasted pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cottage cheese and whipped topping in a large mixing bowl.
- Sprinkle dry gelatin over top and stir to mix.
- Fold in drained fruit.
- Stir in pecans just before serving.
