How to make it
- Combine fruit, orange rind, ginger and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in sugar, mix until it melts. Cool and store in the refrigerator.
- Good on pound cake, really really good on a toasted piece of pound cake.
