Paprika Cream Schnitzel With Veal And Bacon

- 4 slices bacon, diced shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs veal round steak ( cutlet ), cut about1/2 in. thick shopping list
- 2 Tbsp chopped onion shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomatoe sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bacon until crisp in a large heavy skillet
- With slotted spoon, remove bacon to a small dish
- Leave bacon fat in skillet
- Add meat, cut into serving-size pieces, and onion to skillet
- Brown meat on both sides and cook onion until soft
- Sprinkle with a mixture of the salt and paprika
- Remove from heat
- Pour over meat a mixtureof the sour cream and tomatoe sauce
- Cover skillet
- Cook overlow heat about 20 min; Do not boil !!
- Garnish with remaining bacon pieces
- Serves 4 to 6
