Impossible Pie with Bourbon Whipped Cream Recipe

Despite the name - it is super fun and easy
Ingredients
- 1C sugar shopping list
- 4 Large eggs shopping list
- 2C milk shopping list
- 1/2C (1 stick) unsalted, melted butter shopping list
- 1/2C sifted all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1C fresh flaked coconut shopping list
- 1/2C honey-roasted peanuts shopping list
- bourbon Whipped Cream: shopping list
- 1C whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tsp sugar shopping list
- 12Tbs bourbon shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat to 350
- Combine all in food processor
- Process 1 minute
- Pour into 10" pie pan
- Bake one hour or until set.
- Serve with spiked cream
- Cream: Whip sugar and bourbon to whipping cream
