Ingredients
  • 1C Sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2C milk
  • 1/2C (1 stick) unsalted, melted butter
  • 1/2C sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1C fresh flaked coconut
  • 1/2C honey-roasted peanuts
  • Bourbon Whipped Cream:
  • 1C Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 12Tbs bourbon

Directions
  1. Preheat to 350
  2. Combine all in food processor
  3. Process 1 minute
  4. Pour into 10" pie pan
  5. Bake one hour or until set.
  6. Serve with spiked cream
  7. Cream: Whip sugar and bourbon to whipping cream
