An easy to make cake that doesn't call for any eggs. Not as sweet and sugary as some of the other cakes, that's why my family and I like it! In my oppinion it kind of tastes like the chocolate part in a Hostess cupcake ;)

Okay I just put the cake in the oven, but I found the batter very very very dry... had to add about 1/4 cup more water to get it to a "batter" and not a "dough"... did I leave something out? I followed your directions exactly.
