How to make it

  • In a large frying pan heat oil over moderately low heat
  • Add onion, stiring occasionally, until translucent, about 5 minutes
  • Ass the garlic and cook stirring 30 seconds longer.
  • Stir in tomatos, red pepper flakes, water, parsely, and salt.
  • Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes
  • Meanwhile, prepare pasta in boiling water as directed and drain
  • Add in shrimp to tomato sauce and cook, covered just until shrimp are pink, about 4 minutes
  • Toss drained pasta with sauce and shrimp and serve
