Another favorite my mine that I make for the holidays.

Ingredients
  • 1 c sugar
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 c chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Beat egg whites, sugar, and salt until stiff
  2. Add water, vanilla, and cocoa.Mix thoroughly.
  3. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by 1/2 tsps on ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake 1 hour in 250 degree oven
