Mediterranean Marinade for Meat and Fish

- 10 cloves garlic smashed and peeled shopping list
- 3 bay leaves broken shopping list
- 6 sprigs rosemary bruised with back of a knife shopping list
- 6 sprigs thyme shopping list
- 4 cups red wine shopping list
- 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 lemons chopped shopping list
- 1 large white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients then cover and let set at room temperature several hours before using.
- To marinate meat put marinade and meat in a plastic bag.
- Refrigerate and turn every few hours.
- Roast or grill marinated meat or fish.
