How to make it

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Put cupcake cups into muffin pan.
  • Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in large bowl.
  • Add the egg, milk, and oil, stirring only enough to dampen the flour; the batter should not be smooth.
  • Stir in blueberries last.
  • Spoon into the muffin pan, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.

    pointsevenout ate it and said...
    Made these per spec. Had to increase time another 12 minutes to get the muffins to brown. Made a picture but it has taken a number behind a series of software downloads.
