How to make it

  • Brown lean ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Continue browning the meat until all the water has cooked away.
  • Add the onions. Sauté until onion softened.
  • Stir in the Taco Seasoning Mix (see recipe) and add 1/4 cup of water.
  • Reduce heat and simmer 4-5 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  • Remove fro heat and drain any excess fat.
