Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons Tex-Mex Taco Seasoning Mix; * See Recipe
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions
  1. Brown lean ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Continue browning the meat until all the water has cooked away.
  2. Add the onions. Sauté until onion softened.
  3. Stir in the Taco Seasoning Mix (see recipe) and add 1/4 cup of water.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 4-5 minutes, or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  5. Remove fro heat and drain any excess fat.
