Pineapple Omelet With Rum

- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 tablespoon sweet butter shopping list
- 1 small can sliced pineapple shopping list
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam shopping list
- 1/2 cup rum shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs with lemon zest, sugar and salt.
- Place butter in preheated skillet and add egg mixture.
- When omelet is set and half done chop pineapple into small pieces.
- Combine with jam and rum and fold into omelet for finishing.
- Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
