Honey Glazed Chicken Amp Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup honey

1/4 cup margarine

1 teapoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

8 potatoes, peeled and cut into the shape of orange wedges

1 chicken, cut-up

Directions

Bring the first four ingredients to a boil.

Let it boil until it rises

to the top of the pan. Immediately take off the burner. Set aside.

Place the potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with chicken pieces. Pour the honey mixture over chicken and potatoes.

Bake in a 350° F. oven for 30-45 minutes or until done
