Chocolate Mousse

Works well with every kind of meal.
Ingredients
- dark chocolate 250 grams shopping list
- eggs 3 shopping list
- Cream 250 ml shopping list
- sugar 1/4 cup shopping list
How to make it
- In double boiler, melt chocolate
- Whip cream till fluffy.
- Beat eggs and sugar together till creamy and fluffy.
- Add melted chocolate and beat a little.
- Add whipped cream, mix it and put it in the refrigerator for three or more hours to set.
- Viola! :)
