Popcorn Salad Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup Miracle Whip

1 cup diced celery

1 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sliced water chestnuts

1 cup crisp, crumbled bacon

1/4 cup shredded carrots

2 tbls. minced chives

6 cups popcorn, popped

Directions

In large bowl combine all ingredients together but reserve 1/4 cup of cheese and 1/4 cup of bacon.

Top salad with reserved cheese and bacon.

Chill.

Gee Michelle73 i wonder where you got this recipe from LOL.Yes i must say this is my all time favorite salad. I have never put carrots in mine, but i love extra cheese and bacon. YUMMY!!!
