Every Australian child has eaten these at every single birthday party they went to as a kid. Quick, simple and no cooking. Kids will love to help make these.

Ingredients
- 4 cups rice bubbles (I think you call them rice crispies???)
- 1 cup sifted icing sugar
- 3 tbspns cocoa (I add more for extra chocolately flavour)
- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- 250 g vegetable shortening
Directions
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl..
- Melt shortening in saucepan or microwave.
- Pour melted shortening over dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Spoon mixture into 24 paper patty liners.
- Refrigerate until set.

This is the same recipe that I use and I also add extra cocoa (I use 5 tablespoons instead of 3)! Yum!
