Ingredients

4 cups rice bubbles (I think you call them rice crispies???)

1 cup sifted icing sugar

3 tbspns cocoa (I add more for extra chocolately flavour)

1 cup dessicated coconut

250 g vegetable shortening

Directions

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl..

Melt shortening in saucepan or microwave.

Pour melted shortening over dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Spoon mixture into 24 paper patty liners.

Refrigerate until set.
