Ingredients

1/2 Cup of Softened Butter

1/2 Cup Brown Sugar

1/2 Cup White Sugar

1 Egg

3/4 Cup of white flour (if you find the batter too moist, then just add a little more flour)

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 Cup of coarsely chopped peanuts

3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

Directions

Mix butter, brown and white sugars and egg.

In a separate bowl, premix flour, salt and baking powder.

Add to wet ingredients.

Add peanuts and rosemary.

Use a teaspoon and make small “mounds” of dough on a greased baking sheet.

Bake at 350F for 9-10 min until golden and brownish at edges.
