Rosemary Peanut Cookies

- 1/2 Cup of Softened butter shopping list
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 Cup White sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 3/4 Cup of white flour (if you find the batter too moist, then just add a little more flour) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of coarsely chopped peanuts shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary shopping list
How to make it
- Mix butter, brown and white sugars and egg.
- In a separate bowl, premix flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add to wet ingredients.
- Add peanuts and rosemary.
- Use a teaspoon and make small “mounds” of dough on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350F for 9-10 min until golden and brownish at edges.
