Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup of Softened Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 Cup of white flour (if you find the batter too moist, then just add a little more flour)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup of coarsely chopped peanuts
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary

Directions
  1. Mix butter, brown and white sugars and egg.
  2. In a separate bowl, premix flour, salt and baking powder.
  3. Add to wet ingredients.
  4. Add peanuts and rosemary.
  5. Use a teaspoon and make small “mounds” of dough on a greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 350F for 9-10 min until golden and brownish at edges.
