So yummy and cheesy. You can also change the soup to make it to your family's liking. My family loves this dish and it is so easy to throw together that my 8 year old can "make dinner".

Ingredients
  • 6 Large potatoes
  • 1 can or pouch of Chunk Chicken Breast(in water)
  • 1 can of Monterey Jack Cheese Soup
  • 1 can of Mill
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice potatoes and onion
  3. Layer in 13x9 dish
  4. Flake chicken over potatoes and onion
  5. Mix soup and Milk together and pour over potato mixture
  6. Place in oven and bake till potatoes are done.

This sounds good, I never thought of using chicken, I have a recipe kind of like this, but I use ham. We use a lot of chicken, so this should be good!
