How to make it
- Combine tomatoes, buttermilk, thyme, garlic and half of the cream cheese in a food processor; process until smooth.
- Add remaining cream cheese and goat cheese and process until well blended.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve with crostini or assorted vegetables.
- Yield: 1 3/4 cups
