Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

- 3 tablespoons drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk (1%) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme shopping list
- 1 garlic clove, chopped shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) tub light cream cheese shopping list
- 1 (4 ounce) package goat cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Combine tomatoes, buttermilk, thyme, garlic and half of the cream cheese in a food processor; process until smooth.
- Add remaining cream cheese and goat cheese and process until well blended.
- Cover and chill until ready to serve with crostini or assorted vegetables.
- Yield: 1 3/4 cups
