How to make it

  • Pour the oil* over the salad greens and toss to coat them. Sprinkle on the vinegar*; add any salad additives or vegetables and serve. Season as you like.
  • * Note: Use any flavorful oil or vinegar you like.

    Vinegar & oil has ALWAYS been my favorite dressing. Sometimes I add salt, pepper, and oregano. You're right....Great trees from small acorns grow! :)
