A Hot Creamy Chipotle Chile Dressing for salads to go with that baked potato and grilled steak.

Ingredients
  • 3 minced Chipotle chiles in Adobo
  • 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Blend together all ingredients except mayonnaise. When well blended fold into the mayonnaise and refrigerate until needed.
