Chipotle Dressing

A Hot Creamy Chipotle Chile Dressing for salads to go with that baked potato and grilled steak.
Ingredients
- 3 minced chipotle chiles in adobo shopping list
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons chicken stock shopping list
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it
- Blend together all ingredients except mayonnaise. When well blended fold into the mayonnaise and refrigerate until needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by this!! The ingredients all sound so weird together, but they worked perfectly!!! 3 chilis seemed a lot to me so I did two and added like 1/2 tsp of the adobo sauce. I also had to use a lime instead of a lemon. This w...more
