How to make it

  • Put all ingredients, except the buttermilk, into a food processor and blend for one minute. With the blade running, slowly add the buttermilk. As soon as the dressing thickens, turn off the processor. It should be thick and creamy. Chill at least 30 minutes.
  • If you prefer lumpy cheese, reserve some of the cheese and fold in after the dressing is blended.
